Speakers in Schools Award

We think our speakers are amazing – and to acknowledge their valuable contribution to making this program so successful, SA Great has introduced the ‘Speakers in Schools Award’.

This award will be presented for the first time in November 2008 and will recognise the outstanding effort provided by a speaker (or speakers) throughout the year. Our selection panel will look for volunteers that have done one or all of the following as a participant in the program:

• Gone above and beyond the expected level of commitment to deliver presentations to students
• Been a great ambassador for the program – either by referring new speakers or helping SA Great to promote the program to others.
• Received outstanding feedback about their presentations from teachers and students.

The 2008 winner will receive a special South Australian prize pack including an SA Short Holiday voucher and loads of other SA made goodies!
