About the program

The Advantage SA Speakers in Schools program, which was established to address the state’s future needs in the areas of population and workforce, encourages and inspires young people to follow their career aspirations here in South Australia. The program has been highly successful with over 70,000 students having heard from one of the speakers in the first two years.

Advantage SA wants young South Australians to be aware of the many exciting opportunities that are available in this State and to provide them with inspiration and motivation to follow their dreams.

We recognise the important role that parents and teachers play in the career choices of young people and offer information sessions to ensure they are equipped with the all the facts to appropriately advise students on career and education options.
