Make a Difference - Speakers in Schools

What is the Speakers in Schools Program?

Our Speakers in Schools program aims to encourage and inspire South Australian school students about the many different career opportunities that are available right here in South Australia.

The program features speakers, under the age of 45, from a diverse range of careers and backgrounds who volunteer their time to visit schools all over South Australia to share their personal and professional success stories with students.

These volunteer speakers can provide students with a taste of life in the real world, expose them to different career options and inspire them to achieve their goals here in South Australia.

Thanks to the support of the South Australian Government and program partners BHP Billiton and ElectraNet, schools can request speakers to present to their classrooms, assemblies, career expos and even graduation ceremonies
at no cost!
