Dr Dawg’s Adelaide Claim

Dr Dawg’s Aussie Gourmet Hot Dogs is a mobile food vending cart bringing a fast and fresh street-dining experience to metro-Adelaide. We use a custom-made super-sized smoky chargrilled beef sausage in all our Dawgs and team it with a number of toppings/condiment combinations to feed the lover of good rustic street food.

Our ingredients are 100% Australian made with 95% sourced right here in SA. Our Hot Dawg combinations are quite grown up although we do serve a ‘Puppy’ Dawg for the younger customer.  We make our gourmet toppings in-house; our Mexican salsa in the ‘Gringo’ is made fresh on the day of sale and has the zingy lime-infused chilli kick that one would expect.  Our caramelised onions are also home-made, with a good quality balsamic, slow-cooked to get that gorgeous sweet finish.
